Garza Web Design reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Garza Web Design provides digital web development and design services. The specific details of the services, including scope, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in separate agreements between Garza Web Design and the client.

After full payment for the project, the client owns the custom deliverables created by Garza Web Design specifically for that project, including custom designs, code, and graphics.

Third-party assets and pre-existing tools are excluded from this ownership transfer and remain subject to their applicable licenses. This includes third-party software, fonts, stock images, and pre-existing tools incorporated into the deliverables.

Clients retain ownership of the content they supply, such as text, images, and logos, subject to any applicable third-party rights or licenses.

Garza Web Design agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of providing services to clients. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose proprietary information about Garza Web Design.
